Have you ever met someone for the first time, and felt like you instantly connected?
That is exactly how I felt when I met my sweet senior, Zoe.

Zoe has the most bubbly and sweet personality; from running in a long and grassy field to getting in the extremely cold river, she was down for anything.
We had a blast hanging out and creating beautiful images. And I am so thankful I got to meet and photograph such an amazing and fun senior.
This was the first of three sessions Zoe booked me for her senior year, so be on the lookout for those in future blog posts!
I hope you enjoy looking at some of my favorites from Zoe’s stunning session.

Zoe’s Enchanting Lakeside Senior Portraits in East TN

the full post

I’ll be completely honest with you: family sessions can be super hard. Especially if you have a family of little and energetic children.
YET…
They sometimes end up being my favorite, most rewarding types of photo sessions.
I was a little nervous before their shoot, because you never know how three boys ages 5years-9months will act.
I am happy to say that I was quickly put at ease within minutes of their shoot.
This sweet and full of energy family is a perfect example of embracing the joyful chaos.

This location was a perfect fit for this family. The boys had plenty of space to run and get their zoomies out, and the fresh air did us all some good.
I hope you enjoy looking at some of my favorites and I hope this post encourages you embrace the chaos in your family, and book that session ;).

A Joyful & Energetic Family Session in the TN Hills

the full post

This was such a special SAP Senior Session, for so many reasons. One being, that I took Erin’s high school portraits back in 2019.
It was so fun to see how much she had changed in the last four years. Not only has she changed but my editing style has changed drastically since then(thank goodness 😅)!

Erin graduated from Tusculum University(https://site.tusculum.edu/) and her campus was stunning. We did her session in early April and the everything was in full bloom.
I had so much fun catching up with Erin and hearing all her exciting future plans.
What I remembered most from Erin’s high school session, was her stunning red hair, blue eyes, big smile, and her cheerful and sweet personality. I had a blast hanging out with her again and
I hope you enjoy looking at Erin’s stunning and classy graduation portraits as much as I did taking them!
